At Vedik Health, we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our Ayurvedic products. Due to the nature of our products (health and wellness consumables), we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We generally do not accept returns due to personal preference or change of mind. Returns are accepted only in the following rare scenarios (“Solid Reasons”):

  • Defective or Damaged Product: The bottle, box, or seal was broken or damaged upon arrival.
  • Expired Product: In the unlikely event that you receive a product past its expiration date.
  • Wrong Item Received: You received a product different from what you ordered.

2. Return Window

You must initiate a return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Condition of the Item

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with the seal intact (unless the return is due to internal spoilage or expiration).
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@vedikhealth.com within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Provide Proof: In your email, please include your Order ID and clear photographs of the damaged, expired, or wrong item. This is mandatory for us to validate your “Solid Reason.”
  3. Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the package back to us.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used containers.
  • Items returned without a valid receipt.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
